益智胶囊中挥发油包合工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的:对益智胶囊中广东海风藤和石菖蒲中挥发油混合物包合工艺进行研究。方法:运用正交试验法对四种影响因素的影响作用进行检验。结果:正交试验中以收率和包合率作为指标,B因素和C因素的影响具显著性意义,A因素和D因素的影响无显著性意义。结论:益智胶囊中挥发油的包合,最优工艺条件为A1B1C3D1,即投入挥发油1ml时,β-CD为6g,加水72ml,在35℃下搅拌4h。Objective:To study the inclusion process for essential oil of Kadsura heteroclita (Roxb.) Craib and Acorus tatarinowii Schott in Yizhi Capsule.Methods:The orthogonal test was employed to test effects of four factors.Results:In orthogonal test of oil-β-CD inclusion experiment, Factor B and C had significant effects on the recovery of inclusion complex and utilization ratio of oil,however, Factor A and D had no such significant effects.Conclusion:The optimum inclusion technology was A_1B_1C_3D_1, 6 g β-Cyclodextrin was mixed with 72 ml water, then 1 ml volatile oil was dropped in the mixture, it was kept mixing round under 35℃ for 4 h.
