农地城市流转对区域生态系统服务价值的影响——以大连市为例

摘　　要：农地城市流转由于流转过程的单向、不可逆性,往往会给周边环境生态系统带来一定程度破坏。从发展的角度看,农地资源容许城市建设的占用量,包括生态价值价值的损失程度,有一定的极限度。因此,分析农地城市流转对区域生态系统服务价值的影响,衡量农地城市流转对生态容量、生态效益产生的损失程度,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。文章参照我国陆地生态系统单位面积服务价值表,利用大连市土地利用详查数据,估算了大连市1996-2003年因农地城市流转对区域周边水源涵养、废物处理、气候调节、生物多样性保护等生态保育功能所带来的损失。结果表明,7年间因农地城市流转损失生态系统服务价值14004.09万元,平均每年损失2000.58万元,农地损失生态价值1.58万元/hm2。The process of rural-ubran land conversion is impossible to be reversed, so the ecosystem of its surrounding will be damaged and affected.From the view of development, there is a limit for rural-urban land conversion, ncluding the loss of ecological values.So it is very important to study the effects of rural-urban land conversion on values of ecosystem services. Referring to the table of Chinese land ecosystem services value of unit area and utilizing the data of land use in Dalian city, the losing values of ecosystem services caused by rural-urban land conversion were estimated, such as water conservation, garbage disposal, climate temper, biological diversity conservation and so on.And it shows that from 1996 to 2003, only seven years, values of ecosystem services lost 14 004.09 ten thousand Yuan, per year lost 2 000.58 Yuan, per hectare farming land lost 1.58 ten thousand Yuan.
