摘　　要：对国内一些医院成功开展护理科研小组的工作概况、科研团队的概念、高效团队的特征、领导模式等进行了综述,并提出在医院内建设理科研型团队的设想,即建设护理科研型团队的必要性、具体形式、工作方法及管理。This article summarized the actuality of nursing research teamwork in hospitals from the following aspects,such as the experience of building nursing research teamwork in some hospitals,the concept of research teamwork,the characteristics of high efficiency teamwork and the mode of leadership.Also,the author proposed some suggestions about how to build nursing research teamwork in hospitals,such as the necessity of building nursing research teamwork,the material forms,working means and management.
