摘　　要：目的探索护理科研管理方法。方法采取专人管理与分层负责相结合,专家远期教育与近期培训相结合,指导与学术带头人带领相结合,激励机制与制度约束相结合的全程管理办法,并有计划、有目的、有步骤地组织实施。结果激发护理人员进行科学研究的积极性,使查新能力和护理论文发表的质量和数量明显提高。结论建立一套科学的、完整的护理科研管理方法,可以有效地推动护理科研工作,提高护理人员的科研水平。Objective To explore the management methods of nursing research.Methods The following management methods were carried out,which the specially assigned personal management was combined with responsibility from different levels,the long-term professional education was combined with a short-term training,the instruction from experts was combined with the guidance of academic leaders,and the incentive system was combined with restriction by rules.All these methods above were carried out designedly,purposely and step by step.Results This practice aroused the nurses’ enthusiasm to participate in nursing research,promoted their ability of literature retrieval,and significantly increased the number and quality of published papers on nursing. Conclusion Establishing a set of scientific and systemic methods of nursing research management could effectively promote the development of nursing research and improve the nurses’ research ability.
