摘 要:针对现有热力计算方法的不足,提出了一种改进的热力计算方法。该方法根据蓄热式换热器的工作特点,通过能量方程与传热方程的联立求解得到出口烟气和空气的温度,因而该方法具有计算精度高和计算工作量少的特点。该方法具有很好的通用性,既适用于两分仓,也适用于三分仓。给出了回转式空气预热器非稳定换热影响系数的数学模型,与目前仅根据空气预热器转速进行插值计算的方法相比,该模型具有更好的机理性和广泛适用性。In view of deficiencies in current thermal calculation methods, an improved way of calculation, which takes into consideration the special properties of accumulative type of heat exchangers, is proposed, whereby the leaving gas temperature and that of air are found by simultaneously solving the pertaining equations of energy conservation and those of heat transfer. This method is therefore distinguished by its precision of calculation and saving of labor. This method is also outstanding in its generality of application, not only for 2-sectorial but also for 3-sectorial preheaters. A mathematical model of influence coefficients, taking care of both the rotary air preheater's steady and unsteady mode of operation is presented, which is more reasonable and of wider applicability, as compared with the current method of calculation by interpolation, based on the preheater's rotating speed.
