摘 要: 对高速电弧喷涂(HVAS)与普通电弧喷涂铝及铝稀土涂层进行了对比实验研究。结果表明,稀土元素的加入明显改善了涂层与基体的结合性能,降低了铝合金涂层的孔隙率,同时,铝合金涂层的孔隙率也受铝稀土丝材加工工艺的影响;高速电弧喷涂铝稀土材料时,涂层具有结合强度高、硬度高、孔隙率低、组织致密等特点。A comparative experiment was taken to study the properties of Al coating and Al-RE coating produced by high velocity arc spraying and arc spraying respectively. The results indicate that, because of the adding of RE element, the adhension between coating and substrate is improved greatly, and the porosity of Al alloy coating is decreased, in addition, the porosity of Al alloy coating is also affected by the working of Al-RE wire; when using high velocity arc spraying technology to spray Al-RE wire, the produced coating has the properties such as high adhension strength,high hardness,low porosity and dense microstructure.
