摘  要: 为了抑制锡的水解而干扰锌的测定,采用2 (5 溴2 吡啶偶氮) 5 二乙氨基酚(5 Br PADAP)光度法测定新型酸性光亮镀锡锌合金液中的Zn2+,优选出的最佳测定波长为558nm。研究了酸度、三乙醇胺的用量、显色剂的用量以及干扰离子对测定的影响;有色溶液的吸光度与Zn2+量在0.1~14μg 25ml范围内,服从朗伯比耳定律;样品加标回收率达98%以上。该方法简便、快速、准确度高,不经分离可直接对镀锡锌合金镀液中的锌进行快速测定。For inhibiting tin hydrolysis to interfere determination of zinc,the chromogenic reaction of Zn^(2+) and 5-Br-PASAP has been studied in this thesis,hereby a new-style spectrophotometry of determinating the concentration Zn^(2+) has been set up. The result indicated that the max absorption wavelength is 558nm. The relationship between absorbance and zinc(II) content followed Beer's law provided that zinc (II) content was among (0.1~14) μg /25ml. The effects of acidity,concentration of Tween-80,triethanolamine and developer and interfering ions on determination have been studied. When the sample added the standard zinc,the recovery is more than 98%. The method is simple fast and high veracity.This method can be used to directiy determinate the zinc in the new acidic bright tin-zinc alloy plating bath when separation is not necessary.
