摘 要: 为防止Cr6+的毒害作用,饮用水中Cr6+的允许含量限制在0.05mg L。拟定了一个测定电镀废液和镀铬液中痕量铬的新的荧光分析法。在硫酸介质中,Cr6+能氧化吡咯红Y,使其分子结构遭到破坏,荧光猝灭,方法的检出限为2.2μg L,线性范围为8.0~88μg L。本法用于电镀废液、镀铬液中痕量Cr6+的测定,方法准确、灵敏、操作简便,结果令人满意。The permission content of Cr^(6+) in drinking water is 0.05mg/L for preventing poison. A new fluorimetry was used to determine the trace element of chromium in the electroplating waste liquor and chromium electroplating solution. The formula structure of Pyronine can be destroyed to cause the fluorescence burst disappearance by the oxidation of Cr^(6+). The detection limit of this method was 2.2μg/L, and its linear range was 8.0~88μg/L. This method is simple and sensitive to measure the content of Cr^(6+) in electroplating waste fluid and chromium electroplating solution.
