小屏幕CDT生产过程中“白点”不良现象的分析

摘　　要：“白点”是由于在小屏幕彩色显示管(CDT)生产过程中采用“无黑底”技术而导致的一些生产质量缺陷(不良现象)。“白点”的产生包含了材料、药调、设备和人为等多种因素。“白点”不良现象的解决可以大大提高生产合格率,为企业创造一定的经济效益。The 'white pot' is a kind of blemish (not-so-good phenomenon) in the production process of the small hold color display tube (CDT) caused by the adoption 'to have no the black macula (BM)' technique. The 'white pot' deficiencies lie in various factors such as material, mixing, equipments and artificial etc. To solve the problem of the not-so-good phenomenon of the 'white pot', we can consumedly increase the qualified rate of production, so to create for enterprises some economic result.
