摘　　要：加强和改进大学生思想政治工作是实施科教兴国和人才强国战略的关键。本文结合高校工作实际,研究探索思想政治工作规律,创新工作方法,努力提高大学生思想政治工作的主动性、针对性和实效性。The key to implementing the strategy of rejuvenating our country through science and education and talents is to improve and strengthen the ideological and political work of college students. Given the present circumstances of institutions of higher learning, the article aims to probe into the rules for ideological and political work, innovate the working methods, and in the final analysis, to enhance the initiativeness, pertinence and practicality of the ideological and practical work of college students.
