摘　　要：目的:血小板基因分型及配型的探导,以便确定临床血小板输注的安全和疗效。方法:应用聚合酶链序列特异性引物技术(PCR-SSP),对湛江市72例患者(人血小板抗原)的HPA1-5系统等位基因进行分型,由湛江市血液中心提供相配型的血小板为其进行成份血小板输注。结果:经血小板基因配型的吻合组血小板输注后CCI1、CCI24效果明显优于对照组。结论:对血小板基因分型与配型可以提高临床输注血小板的安全性和疗效。Objective: To research the genotype and the matched-type of platelets antigen gene for making sure the clinical effect of the platelets inject. Method: Divide HPA_ 1-5 system accede of 72 patients in Zhanjiang by the technique of PCR-SSP. The inject matched-platelets with provided by the blood center of Zhanjiang for patients. Result: The group injected the matched genotype platelets in the effect of CCI_1.CCI_ 24 were better than the compared one. Conclusion: To divide the genotype and match the type of platelets can improve the safety and curative effect of the platelets injection.
