摘　　要：城市可持续发展的核心是在追求经济发展和社会福利的同时,以实际行动达到与自然环境互利共生、和谐相处的目标.就在能值分析和系统研究的基础上,针对乌鲁木齐城市复合生态系统的能值特征,通过一系列能值指标,初步探讨了乌鲁木齐1995—2002年城市可持续发展的状况,并提出了相关的对策,以期实现乌鲁木齐城市可持续发展的最终目标.The key of an urban sustainable development is to achieve with practical actions such an objective that human can take advantage and live together with the natural environment each other when seeking economic development and social well-being. Based on energy analysis and system research, this paper aims directly at the energy characteristics of Urumchi’s urban-synthetic ecosystem and approaches initially the situation of Urumchi’s sustainable development from 1995 to 2002, and proposes some related strategies in order to realize the ultimate goal ——Urumchi’s sustainable development.
