摘 要:通过对柠条蒸腾和水势关系的研究发现,柠条的蒸腾速率日变化有单峰和双峰的区别.柠条5月份的水势日变化平均值最大,6月份次之,7月份最小,即柠条6~7月份受到的干旱胁迫程度要远远大于5月份,也说明了6~7月乃至8月份是植物生长季节需水最关键的时期.并根据蒸腾和叶水势之间的关系,建立了柠条蒸腾和叶水势之间的回归模型.To reveal the relationship between transpiration rate and water potential within leaf of Caragana korshinskii Kom., the result of this experiment indicates that there are single-peak and double-peak occurring in daily leaf transpiration rate among individuals. The largest daily average change in the water potential of the leaf appears in May, the smallest in July, it is in between in June. The result suggests that drought stress in June and July is much more serious than it in May and the June is the most essential period for water supply in growing season. Finally a regression model between the transpiration and the water potential is established in term of data obtained.
