蓝靛果乙酸乙酯提取物对小鼠S_(180)肉瘤和肝癌H_(22)实体瘤的抑制作用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨蓝靛果乙酸乙酯提取物对小鼠S180肉瘤和肝癌H22实体瘤的抑制作用.[方法]将蓝靛果乙酸乙酯提取物以每日1.0,2.0,4.0g/kg的剂量灌胃给予接种肿瘤的小鼠,连续10d,称取肿瘤质量和免疫器官质量,计算肿瘤生长抑制率、胸腺指数及脾脏指数.[结果]蓝靛果乙酸乙酯提取物对小鼠S180肉瘤有明显的抑制作用,大、中、小剂量组小鼠的肿瘤生长抑制率分别为50.99%,39.45%,27.84%;蓝靛果乙酸乙酯提取物对小鼠肝癌H22实体瘤亦有抑制作用,大、中、小剂量组小鼠的肿瘤生长抑制率分别为30.09%,19.16%,13.33%.[结论]蓝靛果乙酸乙酯提取物对S180肉瘤和肝癌H22实体瘤有抑制作用.OBJECTIVETo investigate the anti-tumor effects of the Ethyl acetate extraction of Lonicera caerulea L. Var. edulis Turcz. Ex Herd(EELC) on mice bearing sarcoma 180(S_(180)) and hepatocarcinoma 22(H_(22)).METHODSThe weight of tumor and immunity organ were measured with the EELC administered (orally) at 1.0,2.0,4.0g/kg in mice, and the inhibition rate of tumor and the index of thymus and spleen were detected after 10 days.RESULTSEELC inhibited the growth of solid tumor of mice bearing S_(180) obviously. In the groups of high, middle and low dosage, the tumor inhibition rate on mice bearing S_(180) were 50.99%, 39.45% and 27.84%, respectively; EELC inhibited the growth of solid tumor of mice H_(22). In the groups of high, middle and low dosage, the tumor inhibition rate on mice H_(22) were 30.09%, 19.16% and 13.33%, (respectively.)CONCLUSIONEELC inhibited growth of tumor on mice S_(180) and H_(22).
