摘  要:对1993~2003年10年间开展射频消融治疗的1108例快速性心律失常进行总结,统计其成功率、复发率、并发症发生率,并比较射频消融开始时与近期5年的有关指标。结果:①各种心律失常治疗总成功率为96.7%,其中房室折返性心动过速(AVRT)98.3%、房室结折返性心动过速(AVNRT)97.5%;总复发率3.7%,其中AVRT3.1%、AVNRT2.6%;总并发症发生率0.99%;②近期5年与开始时5年相比,每例患者的手术时间明显缩短(1.1±0.6hvs4.2±0.8h,P<0.001),X线照射时间减少(20.1±7.1minvs40.3±10.3min,P<0.001),复发率降低(1.6%vs6.8%,P<0.001),并发症发生率降低(0.6%vs1.6%,P<0.001),成功率进一步提高(98.40%vs93.20%,P<0.05)。结论:①射频消融根治快速性心律失常安全、有效、复发率低、并发症少;②随着治疗病例数增多,技术水平明显提高。This study was undertaken to review the outcome of tachyarrhythmia with radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA). The data of 1 108 tachyarrhythmia cases with RFCA was summarized from 1993 to 2003, including achieve rate,recurrence rate ,complication and comparing to the results of 5 years in early stage and later stage. Results:The achieve rate of ablation was 96.7% for all arrhythmia types,98.3% in atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia(AVRT) and 97.5% in atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia(AVNRT) respectively. The total recurrence rate was 3.7%, 3.1% in AVRT and 2.6% in AVNRT. Only 0.99% patients had complications. At the later stage,the mean procedure and radiological exposure time were significantly shorter than at early stage(1.1±0.6 h vs 4.2±0.8 h, P<0.001; 20.1±7.1 min vs 40.3±10.3 min,P<0.001 respectively). The achieve rate increased significantly (98.4% vs 93.2%,P<0.05), while the reduction in the recurrence rate and complication was obvious. Conclusion:RFCA is a safe, effective method for patient with tachyarrhythmia.The procedure has low recurrence rate and complication, and the technique level improves rapidly in the increasing of the case number.
