摘　　要：半径补偿的建立对于数控加工的编程起着非常重要的作用,针对刀具半径补偿的概念、方法、应用、注意事项等,特别是利用半径补偿进行编程时容易出现或被忽视的一些问题加以阐述,旨在帮助编程者特别是初学者少犯或不犯类似的错误,增强编程能力,提高工作效率。Building of radius compensation plays an important role in the programming of numerical control processing. This paper ex-plains the concept, methods, applications, cautions and especially some problems easy to occur or to be ignored in programming of usingradius compensation, in order to help programmers(especially new learners)avoid making mistakes,improving programming ability andmaking higher working efficiency.
