摘　　要：以德国慧鱼公司生产的创意组装模型为基础,组装1套双加工中心的柔性模拟生产线,构建了以微机为上位机,单片机为下位机的计算机控制硬件系统,使用LLWin编制了柔性生产过程的计算机控制软件,实时仿真在各种不同工作条件下生产系统的各种状态,为开发复杂系统的计算机控制系统及其控制软件探索了一条新的途径。This article have introduced how to assemble a machining product line with the fischertechnik modules which only have two machining stations, and how to control this system with computer and software Luck Logic for Windows (LLWin). This will be an example to show the system designers how to use this experimental simulation system to simulate a real machining system, and help for their designs.
