摘  要:讨论了分散剂分子碳-碳主链长度、支链结构、C=C双键及羟基等结构因素对有机溶剂系统中Al2O3流延浆料稳定性的影响;简述了分散剂添加量对浆料稳定性的影响,并解释了相关现象;在此基础上提出了一种新的方法,即利用不同分散剂的共同作用来提高分散效果,为更有效地选择和使用Al2O3流延浆料分散剂提供参考。Influences of molecular architecture of dispersants,such as length of carbon-carbon main chain,architecture of side chain, existence of carbon-carbon double bond and hydroxy,on the stability of nonaqueous alumina suspensions for tape casting were reviewed and discussed in detail.Effect of dosage of dispersants on stability of suspensions was described,and the correlative phenomena were explained.A new method using different dispersants at one time to increase the dispersion effect was proposed based on the author′s calculation results using Casson model.This paper might be helpful for selecting and more effectively using dispersants for suspensions of tape casting.
