摘 要:目的观察人皮肤瘢痕疙瘩组织中转醛醇酶(Transaldolase,TAL)活性的表达,探讨该酶在瘢痕疙瘩发病中的作用。方法TAL活性测定,蛋白免疫印迹(Westernblot)分析TAL蛋白,逆转录聚合酶酶联反应(Reversetranscriptionpolymerasechainreaction,RT-PCR)分析TAL-mRNA表达情况。结果瘢痕疙瘩组织中TAL活性明显低于正常皮肤组织中TAL活性(P<0.05)。TAL蛋白及TAL-mRNA在两种组织中的表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论TAL活性变化可能在瘢痕疙瘩发病过程中发挥作用。Objective To investigate the role of transaldolase(TAL) in keloids by comparing its activity in keloid tissues with that in normal skins.Methods The activity of TAL was measured by the method described by Lachaise.The quantity of TAL proteins was detected with the method of Western blot and the expression of TAL mRNA was with reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results The activity of TAL in keloids was lower than that in normal skins(P<0.05).There was no difference of expressions of TAL mRNA and the proteins between the two tissues.Conclusion The alteration of TAL activity may play an important role in the formation of keloids.
