摘　　要：目的探讨Kugel无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法采用Kugel补片无张力修补50例腹股沟疝。结果50例患者中,1例出现皮下血肿,无切口感染,随访7～12个月复发1例。结论Kugel补片无张力修补术后疼痛轻,恢复快,复发率低。Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Kugel Tension-free herniorrhaphy.Methods Tension-free restore 50 inguinal hernial using Kugel patch.Results One patient appeared ecchymoma but no infection of incisional wound.One recurrence was found during a follow-up7～12 months.Conclusion Kugel Tension-free herniorrhaphy possess light pain and prompt restoration after operation,almost recurrenceless.
