摘 要:介绍了计算机在电动工具检测线中的应用,阐述了系统的工作原理及工作过程,重点分析了计算机系统的软、硬件设计。在电动工具的检测中引入计算机,可将以人工为主的、误差较大的检测方式变为精确的自动检测。该系统已成功地应用于电动工具检测线上。该系统性能稳定可靠,检测精度高,速度快,自动化程度高。该技术还可应用于许多机电产品的自动检测,具有推广实用价值。<Abstrcat>This paper introduces the application of computer in electric tool automatic testing line. Its operational principle and process are described. The microcomputer system hardware and software design are analysed in detail. The operation result shows that the introduction of computer in the test of electric tool can change the testing method which mainly done artificially and thus has many errors to more accurately automatic one. The system has been applied to the electric tool testing line successfully. The system character is steady and reliable. Which has brought a more higher test efficiency, precision, speed and automatization. This technique can be used widely in electromechanical products testing. It is worth while popularizing.
