摘  要:对Φ50~Φ300mm小型固体发动机药柱连续浇注工艺技术进行了研究。采用无缸浇注技术,突破了密封、下料速度控制、料位控制、自动对中定位等关键技术,设计出旋转式连续浇注装置和自控操作系统,用于BSFФ127mm发动机装药连续浇注成型。发动机药柱解剖和发动机地面热试车结果表明,连续浇注发动机药柱符合质量要求。Continuous-casting technology of propellant for 50-300 mm diameter small solid rocket motors was investigated. By use of the casting process without use of casting bell, some key technologies were broken through such as sealing, control of feed rate and propellant slurry level, and self-centering localization. A rotating continuous-casting device and the autocontrol operating system were designed for continuous-casting and forming of BSFφ127 mm motor propellant. The results of grain dissection and ground firing test of BSFφ127 mm motors show that propellant grains produced by using continuous-casting process can meet the quality requirements.
