摘 要:采用两步阳极氧化法在铝基体上制备多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)薄膜,然后在其上有序纳米孔中电化学沉积过渡金属Co作为催化剂,通过催化化学气相沉积(CCVD)法制备出高度有序的定向碳纳米棒阵列。利用场发射SEM、Raman光谱仪、XRD及高分辨率TEM等方法表征及分析定向碳纳米棒阵列膜的表面形貌和微观结构。实验结果表明:铝基体上AAO薄膜的孔洞为六边形蜂窝状结构且大小均匀,孔径约为85nm,孔洞密度为1.16×1010/cm2;制备出的定向碳纳米棒排列高度有序,直径与模板上的孔洞基本一致,且主要呈现非晶态结构。Through two-step anodization the anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) could be obtained on aluminum substrate. A transition metal Co as catalyst was electrodeposited in the ordered nanometer sized pores of AAO template, and the array film of aligned carbon nanorods was synthesized by catalytic chemical vapor deposition (CCVD). The morphology and microstructure of array film of aligned carbon nanorods were investigated by field emission SEM, laser Raman spectroscopy, XRD and high resolution TEM. Results indicated that these pores on the AAO membrane were uniform size and took a high order arrangement with honeycomb hexagonal structure. The average diameter of pore was about 85 nm and the pore density was 1.16×10 10 cm 2. The carbon nanorods were well aligned with the same diameter as the pore on AAO membrane, and showed amorphous structure principally.
