摘 要:普通肉食螨在16~32 ℃温度范围内,各螨态的发育历期随着温度的升高而缩短,发育速率随温度的增高而加快;在适宜温区范围内,Logistic模型能较客观地反映普通肉食螨各螨态的发育速率与温度的关系;采用直线回归法和直接最优法,得出普通肉食螨各螨态的发育起点温度和有效积温;在16~24 ℃之间,从卵发育到成螨的世代存活率随温度的升高而增高,在24~32 ℃之间,存活率随温度的升高而降低,存活率在24 ℃最高,为81.3%,在32 ℃时最低,为17.1%.At the range of 16~32℃, the development period for each stage of egg to adult of Cheyletus eruditus decreased with increased temperature. At the optimum range of temperature, the relationship between development speed and temperature could be simulated as 'Logistic model'. Based on linear regression and direct optimum model, the threshold development temperature and the effective accumulative temperature of each development periods were given. The survival rate of C. eruditus increased with increased temperature at the range of 16~24 ℃ and decreased with increased temperature at the range of 24~32 ℃.
