云南克山病病区儿童血浆及尿中激素的测定

摘　　要：1984～1986年,云南楚雄克山病综合考察,测定了该病区儿童或病人肾上腺皮质激素的变化。病区儿童尿中醛固酮、17-羟皮质类固醇、17-酮类固醇偏高,此可能是代偿性的应激改变。病区儿童血浆中胰岛素、C-肽及生长素含量均较对照组降低,此可能为病区因子(包括低硒因素)影响了腺体的结构或/和功能,进而涉及机体物质代谢。A comprehensive survey of Keshan disease inChuxiong state,Yunan province,was carried out in1984～1986.The contents of urine aldosterone,17-hydroxycorticosteroids and 17-ketosteroid inchildren were determined by radiommunassay.Theirlevels were higher than in controls.This might be achange due to compensary stress.The plasma insulin,C-peptide and growth hormone contents werealso measured by radicimmunoassay,and they werelower than in controls.It is possible that disease areafactors(including the selenium eficient factor)haddamaged the construction of/and function of incretoryglands,acconrdingly affecting the metabolism in thebody.
