摘　　要：大量的流行病学调查研究发现,我国大气环境中污染物和气象要素变化对人体的健康造成一定危害,但大气污染与气象因素对人体健康的短期、长期综合作用的效应报道甚少。本文对近年来我国大气环境现状对人体健康影响,包括大气污染物对人体健康急性和慢性作用、气象要素的变化诱发心脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病及免疫功能的影响进行综述。Epidemiologic studies have shown that human health has been harmed by atmospheric environmental pollutants and meteorologic elements to a certain extent in China. But a few reports have been published that how they affect human health with various ways in short term or in long term. In this article, we summarized the study of the effect of current atmospheric environment upon human health in our country, including acute and chronic effects upon human health caused by atmospheric contamination and also on the cardiovascular and respiratory diseases,and immune system caused by the change of meteorologic elements.
