摘　　要：交通警察作为公安机关的业务警种和国家执法机构,是离人民群众最近、最直接的执法群体,其执法活动应依法受到保护,执法行为神圣不可侵犯。然而在工作实践中,交通警察正当执法权益受到不法侵害的事件却屡屡发生,这些事件严重影响了交通警察的工作积极性和公安机关的威信。各级公安机关应采取切实可行的措施维护广大交通民警的正当执法权益。Traffic police are the law execution crowds closest to the public and most direct to the masses as the business alarm clock and the country’s law execution institution, whose law execution activities should be protected according to the law and the behavior is inviolable. However, in the practice of the work, the cases have occurred again and again that the traffic police’s proper legal rights are damaged, which seriously affected the police’s enthusiasm and the prestige of the public security organ. Different grades of the public security organs should adapt feasible measures to protect the proper legal right of the traffic police.
