摘　　要：物业管理是经济发展的必然产物,对于提高人民的生活质量,树立城市良好形象具有重要意义义,但随着物业管理的快速发展,行业暴露出很多问题需要解决。为改变物业管理推进缓慢、行业队伍素质偏低的现状,应抓紧培养物业管理专门人才,加大职业培训力度,完善物业管理的法律措施等,以适应市场竞争的需要。Real Estate management to the definite product of Economic developement.It is very important for raising people's rning quality and setting up a good image of the city.But with the raid development of real estare management, there are many problems which need solving in the field.To improve the situation of that the pace of the readestate mangement is very slow and the quality of the staff is quite low,we should take time to train the personnel, strenghten the vocational training and perfect the laws real estate management to cater for the competition of the market.
