人心窦房结的光镜观察

摘　　要：本文对11例人心窦房结的形态和位置作了连续切片观察。窦房结位于界嵴上部的心外膜深面约1mm 左右,结的长轴与界嵴长轴一致,其形状多种多样。成人结的大小为14×3.6×1.09mm^3;儿童结的大小为6.9×2.3×0.8mm^3.窦房结组织染色淡(HE 染色),组织致密,结中心有较大动脉穿过。结细胞明显较一般心房肌细胞小,其中P 细胞类似原始心肌细胞,核大、胞质肌原纤维少,染色淡.T 细胞为短柱状,核较小染色深浅介于P 细胞和心房肌细胞之间状态.上述两种细胞位于胶原纤维相互交织的网眼内。The morphology and position of S-Anode were observed in 11 human hearts with serial section.Location of the node:In 10 instances the S-A node lies at up-per part of terminal crest about 1 mm beneath theepicardium.In 1 instance the upper part of the nodestrode cavo-auricle angle so that it lies on the upperportion of the right auricular crest.The exact locationof the node was measured in 3 instances of the adult.The upper end of the node is located 3.8 mm inferiorto cavo-auricular angle.The distance from theepicardium to the upper part of the node was 0.8 mm;to the middle part was 0.6 mm;to the lower part was1.4 mm.Shape and size of the node:The long axis ofthe node and terminal crest were parallel to eachother.The shape of the node was various.In trans-verse section the node had flap or triangle shape.Inlongitudinal section the node look like a spindle or pu-pa.The size of the node was 14×3.6×1.09mm^3 inadult;6.9×2.3×0.8 mm^3 in child.Histology of thenode:The larger S-A artery pass through the oter of the node along its long axis;The node was stainedpale than the myocardium of the right atrium and thenodal cells were small;The collagen fibers formed theframework,within which lies the nodal cells;P cellswere similar to primary myocardium cell,the nucleusof P cell was larger and the cytoplasm was stainedpale.T cells were located usually the periphery of thenode.The shape and size of T cells were intermediatebetween P cell and atrial muscular cell.Nerve fibersand ganglionic cells were frequently seen near the node.
