摘　　要：塑料导爆管定长自动剪切设备是其挤出机械的配套系统,该设备研制成功后极大地提高了生产设备的自动化程度,明显提高了生产效率,同时系统RS485通讯配置和SA68D21DM无线数传模块通讯配置,使工厂实现了生产数字化管理。该设备成本低、可靠性高,是塑料导爆管非电起爆系统生产中的新型设备。The automatic shearing equipment of the selected length plastic detonating booster is the corollary system of an extruder.The production facility automaticity has been increased after the equipment was developed and production efficiency is increased.System RS485 communication and SA68021 DM wireless module make the factory realize digitized management.The equipment is low cost and high reliability.It is a new equipment of the non-electric detonating system in the plastic detonating booster.
