组态王实现汽车油路的泄漏检测和信息管理

摘　　要：以汽车燃油系统的泄漏检测装置的开发为背景,介绍了汽车燃油系统的密封和泄漏的检测方法。本系统利用组态王6.5实现了单台PC机与多下位机的通信,达到对分散下位机的集中控制。并在工业以太网的环境下利用组态王完成检测装置和远程MIS(信息管理系统)连接和现场的实时数据上报。Under the background of development of leak detection devices of automobile fuel oil systems, the detecting methods of airproof and leak in automobile fuel oil systems are introduced. KingView (version 6.5) is used in this system to realize communication between a single PC and many hypogyny computers, and the centralized control of distributed hypogyny computers is achieved. The KingView is also used to complete the installment detection, remote MIS connection and the real time data report in Industrial Ethernet.
