摘　　要：采用新型助剂清棉师Scolase100T对涤棉交织物进行热轧卷退浆短流程前处理工艺,有效地避免了传统工艺易产生的堆置印及擦伤、划痕,以及碱减量织物失重和降强等问题,提高了生产效率和产品质量,给出了热轧卷、轻漂洗、定形拉幅、丝光、染色和柔软拉幅等具体操作工艺及注意事项。Pretreatment of polyester-cotton mixture with Scolase 100T was carried out via hot pad-roll desizing process followed by intensive rinsing, it can overcome the disadvantages which easily arised in conventional process, such as batching and abrasion marks, loss in weight and strength of alkali-deweighting fabric. Detailed procedures and matters for attention in hot pad-roll, soft bleaching, stentering, mercerizing, dyeing and softening are put forward.
