左旋多巴治疗扩张型心肌病的远期随访观察

摘　　要：本文对9例扩张型心肌病患者进行了长期口服左旋多巴(L-dopa)治疗,平均随访19.8±7.7个月。结果表明:其中6例病人的心功能得到了显著改善,表现为运动耐力增加,生活能力提高.故认为在扩张型心肌病治疗中,L-dopa 不失为可供选择的药物之一。In this report 9 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy were given a long-term oral Levo-dopa therapy.The mean follow-up period was19.8±7.7 months.The results show that the heart func-tion had got marked improvement in 6 of them,mani-fested as exercise tolerance increasing and quality of lifegetting better.It is belived that Levo-dopa can be se-lected as one of the drugs in treatment of dilatedcardiomyopathy.
