摘　　要：地下空间利用在新城市建设和旧城市改造中,在提高土地利用效率,扩大城市空间容量,缓解城市矛盾等方面所起的重要作用,已勿庸置疑。但是,城市要不断发展,不仅要实现现代化,而且要向更高水平的“未来城市”发展。在今后通向未来城市的漫长进程中,地下空间是否仍然应当而且能够起到举足轻重的作用,对这一问题,迄今还较少讨论。本文仅就地下空间在城市现代化和建设未来城市中的作用和影响进行初步的探讨。It is undoubted that the utilization of underground space plays an important role in improving the land use rate, expanding the urban space volume and mitigating the contradiction in the city during new city construction and old city renovation. The development of the city lies not only in modernization, but also in advance toward 'future city'. Would the underground space still play significant role in the future, this problem is rarely discussed. In this paper, the role and influence of the underground space in modernization and future city construction are discussed.
