湖北省体育人才资源现状的调查研究

摘　　要：通过调查法、专家访谈法、比较分析法和数理统计法研究了湖北省体育局系统内干部职工、专业技术人员、工勤人员、教练员、优秀运动员、裁判员、社会体育指导员和体育系统内企业人员8类人才的基本情况。研究结果表明,湖北省各类体育人才在数量、性别、学历、年龄、职务或等级结构方面具有各自的特征。<Abstrcat>By using the method of expert interview,investigation,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,this paper made an investigation on current condition of sports talent resources in Hubei province. The result showed that there were different characteristics of sports administrators,academic technical staff,workers,coaches,elite athletes,references,social physical education staff and enterprise staff on conditions of sex,quantity,educational background,age,professional title and so on.
