混合废纸浓浆脱墨工艺的探讨

摘　　要：采用化学洗涤法脱墨工艺,研究了几种脱墨助剂的用量,在高、低浆浓中对脱墨后成纸综合白度的影响,得出在浆的质量分数为20%时,脱墨助剂最佳配备质量分数(按绝干纸计)为:NaOH2.5%,NaSiO33%,EDTA0.3%,H2O23.5%。其所抄纸白度要比相应条件下w=6%的浆液来得高。The effect of deinking chemicals on the brightness of the deinked pulps at various chemical dosage and pulp concentrations was investigated in this paper. Washing deinking process was used for all the experiments. According to the experiment results, the optimized formula of the deinking agent for the pulp at 20% of concentration was: NaOH2.5%,NaSiO3 3%,EDTA 0.3% and H2O2 3.5%. The brightness of the deinked pulp was higher than that of the pulp deinked at the concentration of 6%.
