摘 要:目的:探讨肝硬化腹水病人电解质紊乱与腹水程度的关系。方法:将136例肝硬化患者根据腹水程度(轻度、中度、重度)进行分组,用AFT-400D全自动电解质测定仪对各组K+、Na+、Cl-、Ca2+进行检测,并进行对比分析。结果:肝硬化腹水患者与正常体检者之间血电解质变化比较,差异有非常显著性(P<0 01)。结论:随着肝硬化腹水患者病情加重,K+、Na+、Cl-、Ca2+也会相应发生改变,腹水严重者电解质紊乱更加显著。Objective In order to investigate the relationship of the electrolyte's turbulences and ascites levels in hepatocirrhosis patients.Methods To group the 136 patients of hepatocirrhosis by it's ascites levels and measure the levels of K^+,Na^+,Cl^- and Ca^(2+).So did 37 normal peoples.Results To control with normal group,the electrolyte's turbulences of hepatocirrhosis patiens was remarkable higher (P<0.01).Conclusion This study showed that the more severe was the ascites levels in hepatocirrhosis patients the more significantly the electrolyte's turbulences changed, especially the severe ascites of hepatocirrhosis patients.
