摘 要:利用弹道靶系统,采用DOP方法,针对入射速度在1.0~1.5km/s,使用35CrMnSi杆弹,对盖板(A3钢)/陶瓷靶(A95陶瓷)/鉴证靶(A3钢)复合靶进行垂直侵彻实验,研究陶瓷质量防护系数和厚度防护系数与入射速度的关系,得到该陶瓷质量防护系数及厚度防护系数与入射速度关系曲线中存在拐点这一重要现象,并作出了分析,为陶瓷抗侵彻理论和数值研究提供了新的依据,也为复合装甲的优化设计提供了参考.A ballistic experimental investigation was performed to investigate the ballistic performance of ceramic tile at 1~1.5 km/s. The relation between the mass efficiency and the impact velocity, and the relation between the thickness efficiency and the impact velocity were studied. The penetration performance was measured with the depth-of-penetration (DOP) method. A95 aluminum oxide tiles with 30mm thick ness were used. The material of the long rod projectile in this experiment was 35CrMnSi. The experimental results show that there is a critical impact velocity of 1250m/s. Below the velocity, the mass efficiency and the thickness efficiency increase obviously with the impact velocity increase. Above the velocity, the mass efficiency and the thickness efficiency increase slowly. This discovery and its mechanics was analyzed.
