摘　　要：中小企业融资是一个世界性的难题,我国西部的中小企业又因其自身的特点和所处的环境还呈现出一些“西部特色”。本文在分析了目前西部地区中小企业融资现状及其原因的基础上,提出可以将成都建设成为西部金融中心来促进中小企业融资难问题的解决。Financing of small and medium-sized enterprises is a difficult problem in the world. The same obstacle is also in front of all western small and medium-sized enterprises in China, and even worse, there are more difficulties for them because of their characteristics and the unfavorable external environment. This paper first introduces the current situation of the financing problem in western area, then analyses the reasons of it, and finally puts forward an idea of constructing a western financial center of Cheng Du to help solve this problem.
