普通高校连续扩招对教育质量的影响分析

摘　　要：山东省高等教育自1999年以来连续扩招,实现了跨跃式的发展,成绩是巨大的,教育质量是有保障的,为山东省的经济建设和社会发展,为满足广大人民群众对接受高等教育的迫切需求做出了重大的贡献。但由于规模的急剧扩大,也存在着许多发展的矛盾,需要政府政策的支持和高校内部挖潜。Since 1999, the higher schools in Shandong province have enlarged the enrolment continually andrealised the development in the way of stride across. The achivement is tremendous, as well the quality of highereducation is assured, all these are having made a great contribution to satisfy the urgent need of the vast masses toreceive higher education, promote the economic construction in Shandong province and social development. But as thescale is enlarged sharply, there are nuch more contradictions appearing, to resolve these contradictions should be withthe policy support from government and tap the latent power of higher schools as well.
