摘　　要：目的:测定痤疮凝胶中甲硝唑含量。方法:用一阶导数光谱法直接测定凝胶中甲硝唑含量。于340.8 nm波长处测定振幅D。结果:甲硝唑在10-80μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.6%,RSD=1.0%。结论:该法方便、快速。Objective: To determine the content of metronidazole in acne gels. Method: First order derivative spectrophotometry was used. The peak amplitude was determined when the wavelength was at 340. 8 nm. Result: The metronidazole showed a good linear relationship within a range of 10-80 μg·ml-1, the average recovery was 99.6% , RSD= 1.0%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid.
