克痔栓动物实验的主要药效学及毒性

摘　　要：目的:考察克痔栓对实验性痔疮的影响及其安全性。方法:采用角叉菜胶致大鼠肛周肿胀、醋酸致大鼠肛周溃疡建立实验性痔疮模型,观察克痔栓对实验性痔疮模型的治疗作用。并观察克痔栓的止血作用和毒性。结果:克痔栓对角叉菜胶致大鼠肛周肿胀及醋酸所致大鼠肛周溃疡有显著治疗作用,对小鼠断尾止血作用显著(P<0.05),未出现明显毒性反应。结论:克痔栓对动物实验性痔疮治疗效果确切。Objective: To investigate the effect of experimental hemorrhoid and safety of Kezhi suppository. Method: 1 ) Jiaocai glue was used to cause mouse'perianal swell, the experimental hemorrhoid model was established by acetic acid caused the perianal ulcer, the therapy effect to the model was observed. 2) The hemostatic effect of Kezhi suppository was observed. 3)Toxicl experiment was conducted. Result: Kezhi suppository had a obvious treatment effect to the swell and ulcer of above mouse, it also had a significant hemostatic effect and no any toxic effect. Conclusion: Kezhi suppository was a good therapy for experimental hemorrhoid, being a safe Chinese medication. It was proved that it can be used for clinical treatment of hemorrhoid.
