摘 要:目的:对当归多糖铁的定性鉴别反应和高价铁的含量等理化性质进行初步研究。方法:以高价铁盐的鉴别反应为依据,通过与氢氧化铁进行比较确定当归多糖铁的定性鉴别反应;采用置换碘量法测定当归多糖铁中铁的含量。结果:当归多糖铁显示高价铁盐的鉴别反应;铁含量10%-40%。其水溶性与铁含量有关。结论:当归多糖铁可采用高价铁盐的鉴别反应进行定性鉴别,铁含量在20%-25%的范围内有较好的水溶性。Objective: To study some physicochemical properties of Angelica sinensis polysaccharide-iron complex ( APC ). Method : On the basis of the qualitative indentifying reaction of ferric salts, the qualitative identiying reaction of APC was found out by the method of comparison with ferric hydroxide. The content of iron(Ⅲ) in APC was determined with iodometry. Result: APC showed a qualitative identifying reaction of ferric salts. The content of iron(Ⅲ) in APC ranged from 10% to 40% , and the water-solubility of APC was closely related to the content of iron(Ⅲ) in the complex. Conclusion: APC can be qualitatively identified by the qualitative identifying reaction of ferric salts. APC has a better ability to dissolve in water when its content of iron(Ⅲ) is within a range of 20% -25%.
