从钨冶炼渣中综合回收有价金属的试验研究  被引量:22

摘  要:某钨冶炼渣中含有较多的钨、锡、钼、铋等金属元素,具有综合回收和利用价值。但试样中WO3主要存在于+37μm粒级,Sn主要存在于37~76μm粒级,Bi主要存在于19~76μm粒级、Mo相对分散.。针对这一特征,采用先浮钼,然后调低pH值浮硫化矿,之后采用硫化浮选的方法浮选渣中的氧化铋,接着浮选白钨,最后重选回收锡的工艺,获得的铋、钨、锡精矿主金属的品位分别为:8.34%、17.51%、35.39%,对应主金属回收率分别为:72.62%、53.23%、65.94%,取得了较好的结果。There are many valuable metals such as W, Sn, Mo and Bi in residue abandoned in the wet-metallurgical process of wolframite ores, recovering the valuable metals can get good social and economic benefits. But the size of WO3, Sn, Bi in the sample is +37μm, 37~76μm and 19~76μm respectively, and Mo is relative scattering. According to the characters of the residue abandoned, Mo is floated first, sulphide ore with low pH is the second, and bismuth oxide is the third by sulfuration-flotation, then is scheelite, Sn is recovered by gravity concentration at last. The grade of Bi, W and Sn is 8.34%, 17.51% and 35.39% respectively, and the recovery is 72.62%, 53.23% and 65.94% respectively. The experiment result is extremely obvious.
