摘  要:目的探讨超重和肥胖与人类豚鼠相关蛋白(hAGRP)基因760G/A多态性的相关性。方法对135例超重和肥胖者及98例对照组提取DNA并检测hAGRP的基因型和等位基因,测定血清空腹血糖(FBS)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、载脂蛋白A(apoA)及载脂蛋白B(apoB)等水平。结果超重和肥胖组G/G基因型及G等位基因频率较对照组增加(P<0.05),血清TC、TG和apoB水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论hAGRP基因的760G/A多态性与肥胖相关,且在成人肥胖发展过程中起作用。Objective To investigate the association of human agouti-related protein (hAGRP) gene polymorphism with overweight and obesity.Methods DNA was isolated from peripheral blood of all subjects. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was performed to examine the hAGRP 760G/A polymorphism. Serum free blood sugar (FBS), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL), apolipoproteinA (apoA) and apolipoproteinB (apoB) were examined.Results The frequency of the G/G genutype and G allele, and the plasma levels of TC, TG and apoB were higher in overweight and obesity group than in control group (all P<0.05).Conclusion The polymorphism in the hAGRP is associated with obesity and play a role in the development of human obesity in adult.
