摘　　要：目的评价舌鳞状细胞癌癌旁无瘤上皮(ANTE)中粘附分子CD44的表达及与临床病理指标之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学的方法分析52例舌癌癌组织和ANTE中CD44的表达。结果CD44在正常口腔粘膜上皮基底细胞层和近基底1/3上皮细胞膜上表达,而在上皮表层细胞无表达。大部分癌组织中CD44低表达或高表达的病例,其ANTE中CD44亦呈相应的低表达或高表达。统计学分析表明,ANTE中CD44的表达水平与临床分期、淋巴结转移、生存周期存在明显的相关性(P<0.05)。结论CD44在ANTE中的表达下调或缺失表达可被认为是舌癌发生和浸润的标志之一,对舌癌的治疗和预后评估有一定的指导意义。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of CD44 in adjacent non-tumour epithelia (ANTE) to tongue squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and clinicopathological parameters of tongue SCCs.Methods The immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of CD44 in ANTE and tongue SCC.Results CD44 showed positive expression in basal cell layer and near 1/3 base layer of epithelia of normal oral mucous epithelia. The staining degree of ANTE was related to differentiation degree of tumor. The expression level of CD44 in ANTE was significantly lower when CD44 positive cells were lower in tumor tissue. The significant correlation was found between the expression of CD44 in ANTE and clinical stage, local lymph nodes metastasis and survival time (P<0.05).Conclusion Loss of the CD44 expression in ANTE can be considered as an early event in tongue SCCs and a marker of invasion of tongue SCC, which may play an important role in the therapy and the evaluation of the prognosis of the patients with SCC.
