摘 要:130例男女童分为正常(48名)、体质性矮小(31例)、家族性矮小(36例)、中枢性性早熟(15例)4组。初诊时用GP、TW2、CHN法评估骨龄,用对应的BP、TW2-叶氏、CHN法预测成年身高(PAH),再与实测近似成年终身高(NAH)比较。显示三种方法所测PAH与NAH间各组有不同的相关性,三种方法的临床应用各组间也显示不同的适应性。One hundred and thirty children were divided into normal growth group (48 subjects), constitutional short stature group (31 cases), familial short stature group (36 cases) and central precocious puberty group (15 cases). Their bone ages were evaluated by Greulich-Pyle (GP), TW2 and CHN assessments, and the prediction of adult height (PAH) was evaluated by Bayley-Pinneau (BP), TW2-Ye and CHN methods. Their near final heights (NAH) were followed and compared with their PAH. Results show that there are different correlations between their PAH and their NAH by 3 different methods with varied suitability in clinical application.
