摘　　要：针对目前300MW机组凝汽器清洗装置普遍的问题进行了探讨,指出了PLC(Programmable Logle Control) 控制系统和胶球清洗装置高位布置及其本身结构存在的一些问题,结合该公司胶球清洗系统改造的实际经验,提出了胶球清洗的控制由可编程控制器的控制向分散控制(DCS,Distributed Control System)改造的可行性,以及提高收球率的途径,并且对改造措施和方案以及成果进行了阐述。Some common problems existing in the rubber ball cleaning device for condenser tubes in 300 MW unit have been discussed in the paper. The problems like PLC(Programmable Logic Control) system, DCS(Distributed Control System) and disadvantage in its construction have been mentioned. With practical experience of improvement of cleaning device in the company, the feasibility of change of rubber cleaning control from PLC to DCS has been put forward. The way of rate increasing of return ball and the improving measures have also been described.
