摘　　要：不定型高温耐磨衬里材料主要是针对火电、冶金、化工等行业物料输送、通风、除尘等系统设备进行内衬保护和修复而设计的。该产品采用三元复合胶结料,以刚玉为骨、粉料,并引入一定的纤维材料和少量的超微粉料及其它添加剂,使产品在相当宽的温度范围内具有很高的抗折强度和耐压强度,热震稳定性和耐磨性能优异。A facultative wear-resisting lining material has been designed and prepared.This material can be used as inside lining to protect and repair the equipments such as sending,aeration,dedusting,etc.of power plant,steel and iron works,chemistry works.This material was compounded by ternary recombination binder,corundum, a small amount of fibre material,ultra little powder and other additives.The bending strength and compressive strength of the material are very high within the range of wide temperature,the performances of the thermal shock resistance and wear-resistance is excellent.
