非洲紫罗兰的组织培养和植株再生

摘　　要：对非洲紫罗兰的组织培养研究表明,外植体消毒以0.1%的升汞溶液浸泡7～8min为宜;不同激素浓度对其芽丛的形成、分化及根的形成有不同的影响;生长素与细胞分裂素的比例决定着芽丛的形成;小苗在1/2 MS培养基上生根最好,6-BA对其生根有抑制作用. 各培养阶段的最适培养基分别为,芽诱导培养基MS+2 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA,芽分化培养基MS+1 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,壮苗培养基MS+0.1 mg/L NAA,生根培养基1/2MS+0.2 mg/L IBA.The result of current study shows that the optimum sterilization of explants is 7~8 min with 0.1 % HgCl2. the concentration of NAA, 6-BAaffects the formation of buds, bud induction and rooting of plantlets. The 6-BA/NAA ratio determined the shoot induction. Half strength MS medium proved best for the rooting plantlets and the addition of 6-BA inhibited it . The best media for different cultural stages are bud induction MS+6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L, Differentiation bud MS+6-BA 1 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L, Strengthening seedling MS+0.1 mg/L NAA, Rooting 1/2MS+IBA 0.2 mg/L.
